Scott Blackwell cares for Scarborough. As a local GP, father of four and grandfather, Scott is connected to the local Scarborough community.
Scott started his education in the country at Meckering Primary School and then moved to Perth to Cannington Primary School and Wesley College. Scott went on to study medicine at the University of Western Australia.
As a Doctor, Scott has served the community by delivering health care in Royal Perth Hospital, King Edward Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, and as a General Practitioner in Scarborough.
Besides working as a local GP in Scarborough, Scott has always had a strong role within the community, including as a district medical officer for St John Ambulance Volunteers.
He is an active sportsman and plays Hockey two times a week in the local competition. Scott has also been a junior hockey coach and was the former President of the Old Hale Hockey Club, which he helped establish.
Scott looks forward to continuing to represent the people of Scarborough as an important part of Alan Carpenter's team.
